Tables will be reserved on a first-come/first-serve basis. You must fill out this form to assure your table reservation. NO FOOD items will be sold at any display table(s). Absolutely NO LIVE ANIMALS will be allowed on Festival grounds without prior approval!

All competition entries must remain on the competition tables during the Festival and may not be removed until close of the Festival Sunday evening. We will have a designated area layout at the show. You will not be allowed to move from your area! Becoming a member before the Festival begins will assure you of membership rates on a table. If you wish to become a member, please include the Membership Fee with this form.
